Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breast
Tender chicken breast wrapped in crispy bacon and baked until golden. Three main ingredients, almost no carbs, and a big payoff in flavor.
Two keto staples, one perfect bite
There is a reason bacon-wrapped anything is a keto classic: the bacon bastes whatever it surrounds in fat as it renders, keeping lean chicken breast juicy while adding a salty, smoky crust.
This recipe is almost embarrassingly simple, which makes it a perfect weeknight fallback. A quick seasoning rub and a hot oven do all the work.
- Use thin-cut bacon so it crisps in time
- Secure the ends with toothpicks
- Broil at the finish for extra crunch

Recipe FAQ
How do I get the bacon crispy?
Baking on a wire rack lets the fat drip away so the bacon crisps instead of steaming. A short broil at the end guarantees a crunchy finish without overcooking the chicken.
Can I add a cheese filling?
Yes. Butterfly the breasts and tuck in a slice of cheese or a spoon of cream cheese before wrapping. Just add a couple of extra minutes of baking time.
